Our mission is to provide a safe and caring environment that promotes opportunities for individuals of all abilities to live as independently as possible in their community.

Quality Care Services, Inc owns and operates Adult Foster Care Homes in the St. Cloud area working with individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability or related condition. To receive services individuals must be eligible for either a DD Waiver or CADI Waiver. Quality Care Services, Inc is licensed by Stearns County Adult Foster Care and the MN Department of Human Services.

Quality Care Services, Inc. is a fully accredited Adult Foster Care provider working with persons diagnosed with a developmental disability or related conditions. QCS is licensed by Stearns County Adult Foster Care, Rule 203 and the MN. Department of Human Services, Rule 245D.

It’s that time of year again! Pumpkins, autumn leaves, and Halloween are just around the corner! Quality Care Services is a proud sponsor of the ARC’s 7th annual Freaky 5K. Always a great time with the Kids Fun Run, Costume Contest, 1 Mile Walk/Run, and the 5K Walk/Run. Our ladies and guys sure enjoy this annual fall event!
