Residential Services
Adult Foster Care

We provide residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities under the 245D-HCBS license. We provide this service 24 hours/365 days per year and currently have 8 homes in the St. Cloud area. We believe each individual is their own person and thus require specific individualized plans to ensure their health and safety. Each home is set up differently to assist individuals with achieving their full potential. Individuals have goals that direct support professionals help them achieve. Quality Care Services focus on providing opportunities and new experiences to individuals while teaching and assisting them to become as independent as possible. We try and provide a family environment and treat everyone with the dignity and respect they deserve.
I love Quality Care Services cause it is a great place and you all do well with people with disabilities.
